2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third parties including Firebase (authentication), Stripe (payment status), and analytics providers. We do not purchase or obtain personal data from data brokers.

2.4 Device Identifiers

Our mobile app collects the following device identifiers:

  • Firebase Installation ID: A unique identifier generated by Firebase to distinguish your app installation for analytics and service delivery

These identifiers are essential for app functionality and are collected automatically by our service providers (Firebase, Sentry). You can control analytics collection through the consent settings in the app.

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Provide Services: Facilitate connections between Customers and Providers, process bookings
  • Process Payments: Enable payment processing through Stripe (see Section 4)

We process your data based on: (a) your consent, (b) performance of our contract with you, (c) our legitimate business interests, or (d) compliance with legal obligations.

4. Payment Information and Stripe

Your Payment Data is Secure
