We're launching in Greater London initially, covering all 32 boroughs plus the City of London. Our neighbourhood-first approach uses your postcode to show providers near you with their approximate distance. We plan to expand to other major UK cities shortly after launch based on demand.

You can either browse provider profiles directly or post a job request. When posting a job, describe what you need, add photos, set your budget, and choose your preferred timing — either a specific slot or a flexible window (morning, afternoon, or evening). Providers will send you offers which you can compare, negotiate, and accept.

Every provider has a detailed profile showing their bio, portfolio photos, service-specific ratings, reviews, hourly rates, travel radius, and verification badges. You can see their response time, completion rate, and repeat customer percentage. Chat with them before booking to discuss your needs and check their availability.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our 48-hour money-back policy. Your payment is held in escrow until you approve the completed work. Providers upload before and after photos for verification. If there's an issue, our dispute resolution system handles damage claims and refunds.

Yes! Once your booking is confirmed, you'll see live status updates: pending → confirmed → en-route → arrived → in-progress → completed. You'll get notifications when your provider is on the way and when they arrive. After completion, you can view photos, add a tip, and leave a review.

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. When you confirm a booking, your payment is held in escrow. The provider only receives payment after you approve the completed work. You'll see a full price breakdown upfront including any surcharges or add-ons. You can also save payment methods for faster checkout.

No hidden fees, ever. Customers pay exactly the price shown — no platform fees, no booking fees, no extra charges. The price breakdown shows the base service cost, any applicable surcharges (same-day, peak time), and optional add-ons clearly before you confirm.

Join our waitlist and select 'Provider' when signing up. Once we launch, you'll complete age verification (18+), set up your Stripe Connect account for payouts, create your profile with services and rates, and configure your availability. You can then either receive booking requests or submit offers on posted jobs.

Providers get a full dashboard with earnings tracking, booking management, calendar sync, and analytics. You can set weekly availability templates, upload before/after photos, add job notes, sync bookings to Google/Apple calendar, track expenses, and manage multiple services with different rates.

You set your own rates and keep 85-90% of what you earn. We charge 10-15% commission only on completed jobs — no subscription fees or upfront costs. Top providers earn £500-2000+ per week depending on services and availability. Weekly or instant payouts go directly to your bank account via Stripe.

The first 100 providers get our Founder rate: just 10% commission forever (vs 15% standard). Plus, all new providers get their first 10 jobs completely commission-free. Founding providers also get a special profile badge and priority visibility in search results.
